1. Services

We provide residential cleaning services according to the booking details, service area, appointment availability and applicable local requirements. Prices and service scope are shown before a booking is submitted.

2. Booking & Changes

A booking request is not final until the business confirms it. Customers must provide accurate contact and service-address information. Changes or cancellations are subject to the posted Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

The applicable price is the amount shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed by the business. Taxes, deposits, fees or additional charges will be disclosed before they are charged. We do not store full payment-card data on this website.

4. Recurring Services

Recurring cleaning discounts do not by themselves authorize recurring card charges. Any automatic-payment arrangement must be separately disclosed and expressly accepted by the customer, with a clear cancellation method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide safe access and disclose relevant hazards, fragile items, pets and special instructions. We may decline unsafe work.

6. Photos & Reviews

Customers may voluntarily submit feedback and photos after a completed cleaning. The business should obtain appropriate permission before publicly displaying customer-submitted images or testimonials.
