Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Customer Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation through their account or by contacting the business. The exact notice period, cancellation fee and refund eligibility should be set by the business and displayed before payment.
Rescheduling
Where availability permits, customers may request a new appointment time. A change may be treated as a cancellation if made inside the applicable notice period.
Business Cancellations
If the business cannot perform a confirmed service, it may offer rescheduling or a refund of amounts paid for the unperformed service, subject to applicable law.
Recurring Services
If recurring services ever include automatic recurring payments, the enrollment terms, amount/frequency, authorization and cancellation method should be clearly disclosed before billing. U.S. federal consumer-protection rules address recurring/negative-option programs, including disclosure, consent and cancellation requirements.
Disputes
Customers should first contact the business using the contact information above so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
This template is not legal advice. State and local cancellation, refund, consumer-protection and service-contract rules may impose additional requirements.
